The NAA Foundation offered two Webinars on reinvention to industry professionals. Together, they gave participants the tools by which to research and select the right targets for them, as well as repackage themselves and tell their story.
The first Webinar in the series, "Building Your Reinvention Toolkit," covered:
- How to pick a target or couple of targets to pursue,
- How to identify their markers of success, and
- How to translate your background and tactics for building your pitch.
Speaker: Pamela Mitchell is the founder and CEO of The Reinvention Institute and a noted career reinvention expert. She has appeared on the Today Show and been quoted in top media publications, including the Wall Street Journal, BusinessWeek, More and Black Enterprise. Prior to starting TRI, Ms. Mitchell spent nearly 15 years in senior-level roles for media and entertainment companies.
