Minority Fellowship Program
Designed to widen opportunities for people of color to enter or advance in the newspaper industry, this program helps participants attend training seminars sponsored by media organizations. Applicants should either be in a management position or demonstrate managerial potential.

A cutting-edge training session for college students, News Challenge harnesses their creativity to develop new content and business models for the news industry.
Digital Media Fellowship Program
The goal of this program is to identify and develop women and people of color as digital media leaders in the newspaper industry. Participants receive a thorough grounding in the newspaper Web operation while creating strategic business Web plans for a mid-sized market.
